Meat Dishes


Baked Steak

Cubed Steak
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 15 oz. can of NSA beef broth
3 8 oz. cans of NSA tomato sauce
1 6 oz. can of NSA tomato paste
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. favorite Mrs. Dash

Place your cubed steak in a baking pan and mix spices together and sprinkle on both sides of the cubed steak. Dice up green peppers and onions and put in a sauce pan, add can on beef broth and 3 cans of tomato sauce and 1 can of tomato paste and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over the steak in the baking pan. Place foil over the pan and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
